Now that you have found a REALTOR®, the next step will be to make an offer to purchase on a house.  When you make the offer it is important to make the offer "subject to suitable financing".  Once the offer has been accepted it is crucial you or the REALTOR® get me the documents right away.  The documents you need to get are the "Offer to Purchase" along with the "MLS Listing".  With this info I will begin working on obtaining a lenders approval for the financing of that property specifically.
